So what is it you actually contribute in life?

Perhaps you have asked yourself this question. Most of us want to have a job or business that energizes us and gives us the feeling that we are doing something meaningful. But how does that exactly work and which guidelines can help you be more confident in your career choices?

In this training we will go through the 6-step program of Finding Your Mission and learn how you can realize meaningful work that energizes you. The program is based on the Logical Levels of Bateson Dilts and covers different levels of thoughts that determine our behaviour such as values and beliefs, your personality and unique strengths.

During the day you will:

  • review and explore all 6 steps of the program in order to discover your mission
  • learn what your personal values and inspirational topics are
  • use the Strengthscope® method to find your top 5 strength energizers at work
  • discuss and share stories of meaningful and less meaningful work
  • leave the day with Your Mission workbook as a guideline of what drives you and how to make confident choices

The day will be inspirational and educative, with interactive group activities and playful exercises. We will use the latest psychological approaches based on findings and views in positive and existential psychology.
