A New Year and new beginnings call for reflection on the year gone by and anticipation of the year ahead with fresh transitions awaiting us.

Most people find navigating change often challenging for all sorts of understandable reasons. Misunderstanding can lead us to resist and even oppose change. In this experiential workshop, you will be asked to engage your head and heart about life’s ups and downs.  You will learn the difference between change and transition from a developmental perspective.  With this new insight,  you will uncover a map for how to better navigate, and make sense of, difficult and stressful life crises and transitions.

During the workshop you will learn:

✅ The four phases of transitions as rites of passage

How to identify the emotional dimensions of each of the phases

✅ The roles of letting go, loss, grief, creative destruction, resilience, and regeneration

Enabling and inhibiting factors for moving through your transition with greater ease

Join us for an insightful session with experiential exercises, learning and sharing!
