How open are you in your interactions? Do you let others know what you think, how you feel?
This kind of balancing act of what to show of ourselves is not only relevant for romantic relationships but in fact it plays a role in all social interactions, whether at work, with friends or with strangers on the street. Your encounter can be largely influenced by how real, credible and authentic you come across and how confident you feel about yourself. See my blog on this topic here.
You are welcome to join the Sharing Circle and share your point of view and experiences with others. The Circle is a safe and trustful environment. You are listened to and accepted without criticism or judgement. The experience can be described as meditative connection, contemplation and sharing within the group where we also experiment with the power of silence.
You are invited to say what you want to say in a positive manner. Speak from the heart.
There is no right or wrong answer. During the Circle participants are free to respond to each other without trying to 'fix' them. You may also gain appreciation for the point of view of others. More information.
The number of places is limited. Registration is required.
